Andrea is an Italian artist, living in Verona, where he works as a visual artist and designer. In 2004 he graduated at Liceo Artistico Boccioni in Verona, and then become a professional interior designer. He's been awarded by many different Italian art and design institutions so far, and by now he works as an indipendent and full time artist.

His whole work is about the journey from perception to knowledge: from the apparently black or white front view, his paintings reveal vivid colours and secret shades that need a deeper and closer look to be perceived.

What you can see at first is not enough: that's what Andrea is trying to tell you. In front of his apparently black or white artworks, with regular and basic geometrical shapes, you need to move. From the left to the right, and vice versa, you can appreciate a world of shades, reflections, colours, details, a whole completely new world, that you probably have missed before.

Clean lines, basic shapes are the fundamental elements of Andrea's design. His prototypes look light and thin, as the various elements where hanging in the air. Just minimal structures are called as supports, but each of them changes according to the point of view. As you move around the objects, many perspectives appears, different one another. Such as for the paintings, more than one look is required in order to be able to see the whole work.
